PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

City of Austin Fire Department, Austin, TX

IT Geospatial Analyst | July 2018 - present

    ●  Provided geospatial data analysis and cartographic products for data driven decision making

    ●  Maintained Fire Station and Response Area feature classes in the citywide “DataMart” geodatabase

    ●  Worked as a GIS Responder at the Austin-Travis County Emergency Operating Center during a    

         historic flooding event and water boil notice, and created a map for public of water distribution sites

    ●  Served as alternate GIS Single Point of Contact and participated in the City’s GIS Operating Board

    ●  Migrated all Research and Data Analytics’ geospatial tasks and maps from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro

    ●  Led department in migrating to ArcGIS Pro by conducting individual trainings with other divisions

    ●  Created an ArcGIS Pro Annotation Geodatabase of 21,000+ street labels 

    ●  Migrated 600+ Response Area Maps to ArcGIS Pro and produced an efficient “Map Series” process
