During the fall of 2015, I worked with members of the Texas A&M Geography Society to create a series of maps representing local hydrologic fracturing well sites. This process involved procuring and organizing large quantities of data from the Railroad Commission of Texas and using ArcMap to create a visual representation of local well sites. This was analyzed in relation to city ordinances.
In November 2016, we presented the findings and maps to the College Station Citizens for Safe Fracking.
